We’re looking for
Senior Auditors and Consultants to assist the Federal Government by performing tasks related to Federal financial management and travel requirements (E2 solutions).
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing advice on system configuration decisions
- Collaborating with client working groups on business processes
- Assisting in developing processes and flowcharts for clients Temporary Duty Travel (TDY)
- Participating in acceptance testing to include running test scenarios, identifying potential issues, as well as suggesting solutions
- Developing user guides and Standard Operating Procedures
- Drafting correspondence to client employees.
- Assisting in business impact analysis on major business practice change opportunities
- Assisting in business process/workforce transition plans and change management strategy
- Assisting in identification and incorporation of policy changes in clients Financial Management Handbook
- Assisting in preparation of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance, with at least 24 credit hours in Accounting
- Basic knowledge of Federal fund accounting principles, procedures, and U.S. Government Standard General Ledger
- Experience in relating issues to upper level management, and communicating management’s direction to subordinates
- Basic knowledge and experience related to automated financial management systems, including accounting and budget systems used by Federal agencies
- Basic knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels and the ability to motivate others
- Proficiency in the use of Windows Office Software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
