Our Expertise Cotton & Company has 10 partners with diverse backgrounds, interests, and talents. Five of the 10 partners joined C&C at the entry-level right after college graduation and worked their way to the partner level within the firm. All partners have extensive technical experience in one or more specialized areas, but also possess an overall understanding of all aspects of C&C's practice. C&C partners stay ahead of the competition: they are active in professional organizations (many serve as committee officers or chairs), and they keep ahead of industry trends and practices. Continuing experience on the assignment "firing line" fosters not only a closer understanding of changing client needs but also the in-depth development of mutually supporting practice specialties among the partners. |
