Reporting of Suspected Ethical Misconduct

Reporting of Suspected Ethical Misconduct

Cotton & Company encourages good-faith internal reporting of any suspected misconduct, which in no way discourages or prohibits external reporting as authorized by statute or regulation. The firm does not retaliate, discharge, demote, or otherwise discriminate against employees as a reprisal for disclosing, in good faith, to a Member of Congress or an authorized official of an agency or of the Department of Justice, information relating to a substantial violation of law related to a contract (including the competition for or negotiation of a contract).
